For those who are interested in taking on a higher level of volunteerism – mentoring may be for you. As a commitment to providing each volunteer with information and the tools to be successful; our local Oregon National Guard will provide a professional development-training workshop focusing on building skills to help create lasting mentoring relationships.  The workshop provides the most current information on successful mentoring programs and strategies.
